Richard D. Poole, LLC employs a staff of over one hundred experienced construction professionals, including skilled craftsmen who supervise and construct each project with dedication and precision. Our projects are delivered in one of many ways, including traditional, fixed price contracting or, more frequently, through a guaranteed maximum price / shared savings basis.

With this agreement, we operate on an open book basis to ensure the Owner is aware of all costs and enjoys greater volume. In many cases, we are engaged as the Design/Builder to provide both design and construction services with our in-house staff.
