The business of this firm will be conducted with this philosophy in mind. We will be competitive, tough when necessary, and aggressive in our marketing and purchasing approach, but never ruthless, evasive or practitioners of the half-truth.

Our commitment is to satisfy customers' needs for quality construction at a fair price. We will adhere to that commitment but ensure that each engagement has a reasonable expectation of profit based upon customers' reputation for fair treatment and prompt payment, the type, duration, and season of construction, the location, and the complexity of the project.

In summary, the philosophy that will guide the business dealings of the Company is uncomplicated and is based upon the simple commitment to deal with others as we wish them to deal with us.
