Elizabethtown College Student Dormitories Elizabethtown, PA
This three-story, design/build project consists of 24 units to house 96 students. The structure is made of wood framing with a split block and brick veneer. The interior is painted finished drywall with wall-to-wall carpet. The building is completely furnished in compliance with ADA requirements and an elevator. The project was completed in 240 days. Fourteen months after the completion of the first project, Richard D. Poole, LLC began construction on a sister building. Identical in appearance, this facility also includes a larger laundry room facility, IT room and student lounge.
